Crime and Super Heroes

OK so I'm a geek and I know it, my wife tolerates it because she loves me.

Crime

For the second time this year my car has been broken into, the first was exactly a year ago this month.
The first time that they broke into my car they didn't steal anything but this time they stole my satellite radio, I have Sirius if you want to know. It cost $357.17 to get everything fix, 297.69 to get the passenger window replaced and 59.48 to have the satellite radio replaced. I have to say that Sirius were really nice they replaced my stolen radio for less than $60.

Oh yeah my car was also egged this week, second time this year. I wonder who I must've pissed off in the neighborhood?

Super Heroes

Well for the 2nd time in 2 weeks I've been to a comic convention, the Wizard World Texas 2004, I had a pretty good time.
Got a few authographs, Michael Turner, Ethan Van Sciver, Richard Hatch (Battlestar Galactica not the Survivor guy), Josh Howard.
When I went to WW my goal was to get the new Dead@17: Revolution premiere issue with the WW variant cover and I got 2, 1 signed and 1 un-signed. WW was a success!

I was at the convention for 5 hours on the last day and 3 of those were waiting in line to get a couple of my books signed by Michael Turner and Ethan Van Sciver. I didn't go to get any of my Supermans signed by Jim Lee, even though he's like the top artist I'm not a big fan and the lines were long for him.
I tried to go on Saturday but couldn't make it, I suspect the crowds were big on that day because that's what I call general public day where they have the guests that aren't really comic related, this year they had David Goyer (Director of the Blade series starring Wesley Snipes) and Jessica Biel (star of 7th Heaven and Blade: Trinity).

Well that's it for now, I hope that I get better at this and I start putting up stuff on a regular basis.
